Not feeling well

injury sucks
ah man, f@#$% twisted my ankle last night when stepping off the spin bike... haven't done that for a long time... just f#$%@ing hurts for couple mins, but I managed to just bike for 1hr30mins, I was suppose to do a approx 2 hrs bike/run brick(3 x 6mile bike/1 mile run). But that turned into shit. Its really not that serious, it just sucks that finally got the chance to do a longer run outside after 2 weeks, and this happened. I am just not very happy that my road running feeling is not as good as before. I know that since I am starting to do Tri, I need to balance out the training for all 3 sports, its just that I need to do more adjusting, since I am used to running more, and I dont like the feeling that I am starting to suck at running long.
